Cantiano
Cantiano lies in the upper Burano valley in the Marche Apennines, close to the Umbrian border. Stone houses and streets recall its position on the ancient Via Flaminia. The Turba religious tradition remains an important part of local identity. Around the village, wooded slopes and valleys rise towards the Catria massif among small settlements and mountain landscapes.
